Established in March 1994, Beijing Beiao Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Beiao Group”) is a wholly state-owned enterprise funded by Beijing Municipal People’s Government. In February 2010, with approval of Beijing Municipal People’s Government, Beiao Group was merged and reorganized with BSAM. From then on, it has become a subsidiary wholly controlled by BSAM.
