In 2022, BSAM upheld the general work keynote of seeking progress while maintaining stability, proactively echoed with Beijing’s overall development in the new era, actively joined the functional construction of “Four Centers”, contributed to “Five Moves” in sync, successfully fulfilled the major service guarantee tasks of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing 2022”), and made new achievements in high-quality corporate development. In 2022, BSAM realized annual operating income of RMB 19.095 billion and total profit of RMB 4.105 billion, and its operating performance achieved “double growth” under the same criteria. By the end of 2022, BSAM boasted the total assets of RMB 183.09 billion, the continued domestic credit rating of AAA and the international credit rating of A, laying a solid foundation for realizing the goals during the “14th Five-Year Plan” Period.
Successfully fulfilling the service guarantee tasks of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 under the highest standard
The XIII Olympic Winter Games fell in year 2022, with Beijing as a host city. As a state-owned enterprise committed to “Dual Olympics”, BSAM profoundly put concept of hosting the Games in “green, sharing, open and clean” styles into practice, unswervingly complied with the requirements for hosting the Games in a simple, safe and wonderful manner. BSAM went all out for these tasks. With the most determined attitude, the most careful planning and the highest standard, BSAM tried its utmost for preparation and holding work of the Olympic Games. Finally, it delivered a brilliant and excellent answer paper. The construction and renovation of the three major venues, namely, National Stadium (“Bird’s Nest”), Beijing National Aquatics Center (“Water Cube”) and National Speed Skating Oval (“Ice Ribbon”) gave a good example of “Chinese Solutions” and set new benchmarks for the Olympics venues. National Stadium has become the only home stadium in the world to present the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games. Beijing National Aquatics Center succeeds in “water-ice conversion” (a subtle change from “Water Cube” into “Ice Cube”), which is a competition venue for both aquatic sports and ice sports events of the Summer and Winter Olympic Games. Rolling out “the fastest ice”, National Speed Skating Oval helped the Winter Olympics athletes set 13 Winter Olympics records (including one world record). As the official sports exhibition and award ceremony service sponsor of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Beijing 2022, Beiao Group successfully rendered the competition unit sports exhibitions and award ceremony services in three competition areas during Beijing 2022, shedding light on China’s vivid and kaleidoscopic image and the firm and profound cultural confidence to the whole world. Under high standard, CapInfo Company Ltd and Beijing Certificate Authority Co., Ltd safeguarded communication security and network security for Beijing 2022, and erected a cast-iron shield of communication network security. Beijing SMEs Credit Re-guarantee Co., Ltd realized the annual underwriting amount of over RMB 56 billion and the cumulative underwriting amount of over RMB 600 billion, benefiting more than 170,000 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. Loongson Technology, a project invested by Beijing Industrial Developing Investment Management Co., Ltd, has succeeded in IPO, which is the first Chinese independent CPU-themed listed enterprise on STAR Market. Beijing Science Park Development (Group) Co. Ltd has taken its steady pace in the project construction of Yizhuang Science and Technology Park. New progress has been made by Beijing Smart Future AI Innovation Base Co., Ltd in the construction of national-level artificial intelligence incubator. BSAM actively plunged into the construction of Integrated National Demonstration Zone for Opening up the Services Sector and China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone (the “Two Zones”). China Beijing Green Exchange has been settled in the urban sub-center of Beijing City, successfully built registration system and trading system of China Certified Emission Reduction Trading Center, and formulated the rules for registration, trading and settlement. BSAM helped Beijing develop into a global benchmark city for digital economy. “CapInfo Connect”, a knockout product of CapInfo Company Ltd, has benefited 220,000 employees in the administrative office area of urban sub-center. Blockchain product has been nationally recognized as the main chain “Made in China”. Beijing Certificate Authority Co., Ltd actively undertook the construction and service guarantee of digital government network security and trusted infrastructures, such as Beijing Unified Digital Identity Authentication Platform, Cloud Seal Platform and Electronic License Platform, paving the way for “unified online government service” and “management on an integrated platform” under the framework of Unified Service of Beijing Smart City. Online system construction of “Digital Longfu Temple” Project (Phase I) has been completed, initiating a new digital consumption mode of Longfu Temple Zone Business Scenario. BSAM steered and created new demands with high-quality cultural products and carriers. Longfu Temple Project (Phase II) was unveiled as a whole to emerge as an icon for the revival of the old downtown Beijing and a new landmark for cultural consumption. The construction of Beijing Nanhai Sport Park, a new sports park featuring the football industry, has been accelerated. Beijing Artists Management Corp., Ltd successfully held the 6th “Lao She International Theater Festival · Drama Carnival in Beijing” Season, offering a cultural feast for Beijing citizens. Jixiang Theater has become a social media influencer for fashion consumption and made debut at China International Import Expo as one of “Beijing Bime-honored Brands” (the seventh batch). National Stadium (“Bird’s Nest”), Beijing National Aquatics Center (“Water Cube”) and National Speed Skating Oval have been open to public with all-inclusive commercial activities, unleashing the consumption potential in the post-Games era and joining the construction wave of international consumption center city. BSAM played its role in coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Tongzhou Circular Economy Industrial Park, set up by Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd in urban sub-center of Beijing City, has been appraised as a national-level AAA-grade domestic waste incineration plant, representing leading position in non-hazardous treatment of the park in China. Funs Town operates well and further enhances influencing power. According to industry-city integration mode, Beijing Science Park Development (Group) Co. Ltd has pushes forward the launch and operation of two science and technology parks in Tianjin.
Effectively making overall arrangements for epidemic prevention and control, production and operation
In 2022, BSAM firmly obeyed the requirements for “effective epidemic prevention, economic stability and safe development”, scientifically arranged for epidemic prevention and control, production and operation, and assumed political responsibility of a state-owned enterprise. Throughout the year, BSAM reduced office rents of RMB 66.01 million for 420 micro and small-sized enterprises and individually-owned businesses and cut guarantee fees of nearly RMB 15 million for micro and small-sized enterprises, helping market players overcome difficulties and resume work and production in an orderly manner. Guided by strategic planning for the “14th Five-Year Plan” Period, BSAM focused on the main business line, optimized the layout, and propelled high-quality development with a steady and far-reaching posture. Implementation Plan for Three-year Action of BSAM Reform took effect in all aspects. 13 key reform tasks were fulfilled ahead of schedule. BSAM obtained excellent results in the evaluation and assessment by Beijing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. BSAM took the initiative to render financial services to real economy, strengthened cooperation with China Construction Bank, and jointly initiated and established CCB Consumer Finance Co., Ltd on the fast track for the development of consumer market. BSAM signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China International Capital Corporation for the purpose of cooperation between local and central enterprises and alliance between giants, working together to innovatively exemplifying the services for small and medium-sized specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative enterprises across Beijing. China Beijing Equity Exchange clinched the annual transaction scale of over RMB 10 trillion once again and continuously maintained the leading position in the national property rights trading market. Solid waste treatment projects of Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd exceeded 73 all over the country, which is a proof that its comprehensive strength has come out top in the domestic industry. Beijing Industrial Developing Investment Management Co., Ltd not only made every effort for transformation of fund management, completed the initiation of three sub-funds and two direct investment projects of parent fund earmarked for specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative enterprises, high-grade, precision and advanced industries and smart sensors, but also actively pooled and leveraged social capitals to support Beijing’s construction of international scientific and technological innovation center. Beijing Guozi Financial Leasing Co., Ltd made sustained efforts in green infrastructure construction, low-carbon energy transition, green urban lifestyle, industrial energy conservation and emission reduction. By the end of 2022, Beijing Guozi Financial Leasing Co., Ltd rolled out a total of 106 green leasing projects, invested RMB 4.5 billion, and continuously embellished the characteristic brand of “Green Leasing”.
